Moorings
Please book your moorings through the RSYC by midnight on Sunday 10th August 2025.
If you need a Yarmouth Harbour mooring for 6 nights for a Folkboat or 7 nights for a Nanny Boat, please book it in advance via the RSYC online booking form.
Please note that race boats without nanny boats need to vacate their berths by midday on Friday 22nd August 2025. Nanny boats must vacate their moorings by midday on Saturday 23rd August 2025.
The following moorings are available to book online:
Folkboat Walkashore Moorings
6 nights, Saturday night to Thursday night inclusive
7.5 - 8.0 metres LOA: £230
No electric hook-up
To book 7 nights for your racing Folkboat if you are staying on board, please choose 'I do not require a mooring' in the top section and click on +ADD A NEW MOORING at the bottom of the page and enter an LOA of 8.5m to be allocated a 7 night mooring with electric hook-up at £290.
Nanny Boat Walkashore Moorings
To add a mooring for a nanny boat, please click on +ADD A NEW MOORING at the bottom of the page.
7 nights: Saturday night to Saturday midday inclusive
8.01 - 9 metres LOA: £290
9.1 - 10.50 metres LOA: £335.50
10.51 - 12 metres LOA: £390
12.1 - 13.5 metres LOA £435
Includes electric hook-up

To access an existing online booking, please click on the EVENT BOOKINGS link in the left navigation menu and log-in using the email address and password that you used for the initial booking.
Please note that there will be no refunds for cancelling or amending any part of your booking or in the event that the event is cancelled by the organisers for whatever reason.

Racing

Sailing Instructions will be issued nearer the time.
Please note, so it is possible to get your boats home and you and your crew to return to the RSYC for 1800 we are only holding one race on the final day, Friday 22nd August.
Social Events
Registration will take place at the 1800 Welcome Drinks on Saturday 16th August.

The dress code for social events at the Royal Solent is smart/casual.
As before, the final drinks & dinner on Friday 22nd August have been brought forward to start at 18:00 to allow people to catch the last ferry back to Lymington at 21:50.
